Since the 6th Framework Programme (FP6) through to the current Horizon Europe Programme, the EU Commission has explicitly demanded solid project management. As such, when it comes to evaluation, project management is one criterion that most teams take for granted but what counts are effective decision-making structures, human resources and relevant expertise.
