Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our consultants and project managers keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a project. We only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be billed for unproductive time. Our consulting rates fall between €500 and €600 per day while project management rates are between €300 and €800 per day depending on project complexity.
